Cologne KISS ASS Marshal STAFF Pins given out

[October 2006] HRC Cologne has a new STAFF Pin. The "KICK ASS MARSHAL - WC 06" Pin was given out to the staff members who worked hard during the 2006 Soccer World Cup at HRC Cologne. Cologne INTERMOT 2006 Pin released

[October 2006] Cologne is hosting the biggest motorcycle trade fair in Europe this week. HRC Cologne has a special area in the Cologne trade fair for all bikers. A special Pin was released for this reason. The pin is Limited Edition 300 made - and made by PinCraft. It will be sold out soon and most pins will go into the Bikers Hands - not into the HRC Pin Collectors hands.

Cologne DA PINCI Event Pins released

[March 2006] The DA PINCI Event at HRC Cologne was a blast. Three special Limited Edition Pins were released during the event: The Rhine Stone Guitar, the Rita Pin and the Goat Pin (local soccer mascot). Each one is Limited Edition 400 - and made by PinCraft.

Pinapalooza 2005 Pin released

[October 1st 2005] The PINAPALOOZA Pin just went on sale at HRC Cologne. Almost 100 HRC pin collectors from all over Europe attend the event. The PINAPALOOZA pin 2005 is a a great pin. It shows a skull with a World War I helmet on a red glittering standing guitar. Very cool pin. All Pinapalooza Pins are Skull Guitars - with different helmets for each cafe. The pin is Limited Edition 300 made - and made by PinCraft.

Pinapalooza 2005: KOELSCH Glass Guitar Pin released

[September 30th 2005] The first of three pins during PINAPALOOZA 2005 at HRC Cologne went on sale today. It's the KOELISCH GLASS Guitar - a red standing guitar with a local Cologne beer glass (KOELSCH GLASS) on it. The pin is Limited Edition 350 made - and made by PinCraft. A very nice pin designed by a server of HRC Cologne.

Cologne POPE visit Pin released

[August 16th 2005] Today the WORLD YOUTH DAY started in Cologne. Over a million young people from all over the world came to Cologne to celebrate with Pope Benedikt who will arrive on Thursday and stay untill Sunday in Cologne. HRC Cologne released a special POPE VISIT Pin 2005 (Wolrd Youth Day Pin). It is Limited Edition 1,000 made - and most pins will go into the hand of the pilgrims not the HRC Pin Collectors.

[June 29th 2005] HRC Cologne released its COLOGNE PRIDE 2005 Pin today. This upcoming weekend the Christopher Street Day Parade takes place in Cologne. [June 22nd 2005] HRC Cologne released two new special city guitar pins. The first one is the Cologne City Shield Guitar. I am VERY proud of this pin as my wife Karin designed the pin for HRC Cologne. The pin was made by PinCraft.

The other pin is the Church Guitar pin. It was also made by PinCraft - but not designed by my wife :-)

Cologne City T-Shirt Pin released

[May 11th 2005] HRC Cologne released it's City T-Shirt pin today. It's part of the worldwide HRC City T-Shirt Pin Series. It shows a stained glass window of the famous Cologne cathedral with guitars and 2 small cathedrals.

Very special Cologne Mother's Day Pin 2005 released

[May 8th 2005] At today's HRC Pin Collectors Meeting a very special Mother's Day Pin went on sale. It's a standing red heart guitar w/ light blue wings (Non-Clone). The pin was released during the event and Lovely Rita from HRC London specially came over from for this event. The pin is Limited Edition 250 made.

Cologne 2nd Anniversary Pin released - plus special Anniversary STAFF Pin

[April 28th 2005] Today HRC Cologne celebrates its 2nd Anniversary. Of course a nice Anniversary Pin was released. It's a standing city shield doubleneck guitar. The pin is Limited Edition 800 made.

Also a special Anniversary STAFF pin was given to all HRC Cologne STAFF members. The STAFF pin is Limited Edition 70 made !!! The STAFF pin is of silver colored metal - the normal version of gold colored metal. On the STAFF pin the color behind the text around the logo is white (on the normal version it is black). Also the guitar necks of the STAFF pin are red colored (normal version black). At the Mother's Day Pin Collectors event two of these pins were in the auction and went away for 90 and 100 EUROs (120-130 US-$s). So these pins are REALLY HOT...

Cologne St. Patrick's Day 2005 Pin released

[April 2005] HRC Cologne released it's Pint Glass Pin. It's part of the worldwide Pint Glass Pin Series. It's a blue pint glass with the famous Cologne cathedral and a koelsch glass (local beer) and the number 109 on it (as HRC Cologne was the 109th HRC that opened worldwide). The pin is Limited Edition 300 made.

Cologne St. Patrick's Day 2005 Pin released

[March 2005] HRC Cologne released it's St. Patrick's Day 2005 pin (Non-Clone). It's a white bodhran drum w/ celtic ornaments. The pin is Limited Edition 250 made.

Cologne BIKE NIGHT Pin released

[February 2005] The Bike Nights at HRC Cologne are legendary. Harleys in front of the cafe and bikers at the bar - a real special atmosphere. HRC Cologne released a very special BIKE NIGHT Pin for those nights. It's all silver and looks really cool (actually in real it looks much better than on my scan - sorry). The Pin is Limited Edition 200 made and most of the pins seems to go into the hands of Bikers - not the HRC Pin Collectors. So don't miss it...

Cologne Carnival Pin 2005 released

[February 2005] HRC Cologne released it's 2005 Carnival Pin. Carnival is the biggest event every year here in Cologne with 3 million people from all over the world celebrating in the streets for a whole week.

The pins is a red Les Paul Guitar with two "ROTE FUNKEN" soldiers dancing "Stippefoettche"... Let me try to explain what that is.

Like in New Orleans at Mardi Grad we have "Krewes" here in Cologne. This pin shows the most famous Krewe - the "ROTE FUNKEN".

They are dressed like soldiers - but they are different :-) In 1794 the french occupied Cologne. The Cologne people didn't really like the military style of the French. So they made fun out of this style. The ROTE FUNKEN dress like the french soldiers - but have flowers in their riffles to show they don't like war (you can see it on the pin). And they dance a special dance to make fun out of the military style called STIPPEFOETTCHE - you can see that also on the pin.

The locals really love the pin (which of course was also designed by one of our local collectors :-) The pin is LE 500 made.

Cologne Valentine's Day 2005 Pin released

[February 2005] HRC Cologne released it's Valentine's Day Pin 2005. It's part of the European Valentine's day Pin Series (Non-Clone Pins). It's a Standing Cutout heartguitar w/ a small city-flag of Cologne (in red and white) as the heart on the middle and a rose tip. Very nice pin for Valentine's Day. The pin is Limited Edition 250 made.

Cologne Chopper Pin released

[January 2005] HRC Cologne released it's Chopper pin. It's part of the European Chopper Pin Set. It's a dark and light pink chopper w/ gold design on the gastank. The pin is Limited Edition 300 made.

New Year's Pin 2005 released at HRC Cologne

[December 2004] HRC Cologne released it's New Year's Pin 2005. It's part of the European New Years Pin Set. All of these pins are Non-Clones. The Cologne pin shows a Blonde party girl, fireworks and the words "Frohes Neues Jahr" which is german for "Happy New Year". The pin is Limited Edition 300 made.

Christmas Pin 2004 released

[December 2004] HRC Cologne released it's 2004 Christmas Pin. It's a red & green elf guitar which really looks nice if you ask me. The pin is a Non-Clone Pin - Limited Edition 300 made.

Halloween Pin Pin 2004 released

[October 2004] HRC Cologne released it's Halloween 2004 Pin. It's part of the 2004 European Halloween Guitar Series - a very cool series. It's a red haired batgirl on a guitar (Non-Clone pin / Limited Edition 350 made).

HRC Cologne Pinapalooza Pin released

[October 2004] During the Pinapalooza Event at HRC Cologne which was a BIG success, a special event pin was released. It's a red Formula 1 race car w/ "PINAPOLOOZA" & a checkered flag. The pin is Limited Edition 300 made.

Dragonfly and Facade Guitar released at HRC Cologne

HRC Cologne released it's pins in two more HRC Pin Series. The Dragonfly Pin shows a Dragonlfy with red and turquoise wings. The Faced Guitar is a standing guitar w/ the HRC Cologne building on it. Both pins are Limited Edition 3500 made.

Two new "local pins" released at HRC Cologne

[September 2004] HRC Cologne released two really "local" pins. The first one is a brwon standing guitar with lots of chocolate on it. This pin was released because Cologne has the one and only Chocoloate Museum which is not far away from HRC Cologne. The other pin shows a white goat in black jacket and red shirt drinking a local beer at the HRC bar. The goat is the mascot of the local soccer club which is very popular in Cologne. Both pins are Limited Edition 350 made.

Cologne July 4th 2004 pin released

[June 2004] HRC Cologne released it's 2004 July 4th Pin. It's a brunette girl in red, white and blue dress w/ a guitar. This is a Non-Clone Pin - Limited Edition 300 made.

New Series Pins at HRC Cologne

HRC Cologne released pins in various series. First of all there was a Cologne pin released in the European Naked Bunny Girl Series. It's a brunette naked girl w/ a yellow guitar and white flowers. The pin is Limited Edition 350 made.

Also a Cologne pin was released in the "Greetings from...-Series". It's a large purple, blue and green "COLOGNE" w/ the cathedral and an image of the Cologne old town. This is also a Limited Edition 350 made pin.

The third pin in a Series released by HRC Cologne is the Fish Guitar. It shows a black, white, light and dark yellow striped fish. This pin is also a Limited Edition 350 made pin.

1st Anniversary Pin released

[April 28th 2004] Today (on the day of the 1st Anniversary Party) HRC Cologne released it's 1st Anniversary Pin. Very nicely made by PinCraft.

It shows the famous Cologne Cathedral with a guitarneck in form of a 1. Especially the windows of the cathedral are nicely made on the pin.

The pin is Limited Edition 1.100 made.

[April 2004] New Pins at HRC Cologne were released. Here they are:

Cologne Easter Egg Pin with Eau de Cologne Bottle. Part of the european Easter Egg Series. Limited Edition 250 made.

Cologne Tattooo Butterfly Guitar. Part of the Series. Limited Edition 250 made. The pin sold out within a few hours at the cafe.

Cologne Girl of Rock 2004: Brunette Waitress in black dress w/ Cathedral. Part of the Series. Limited Edition 250 made. The pin sold out within a few hours at the cafe.

St. Partick's Day 2004 Pin released

[March 10th 2004] Today HRC Cologne released it's St. Patrick's Day Pin. It's a Leprechaun sitting on a mushroom besides a beer barrel. The pin is Limited Edition 250 - and it is not a clone pin. Every european HRC gets a different St. Patrick's Day Pin this year - all leprechauns sitting on or beside beer barrels. Some of the leprechauns are male - some are female.

Special Cologne RITA Pin released

[March 7th 2004] At the Cologne Pin Collectors session today a special pin was realeased to commemorate the fact that Lovely Rita Gilligan, first waitress of HRC London and since 1971 working for HRC London was at our pin collectors meeting. The pin is Limited Edition 250 made.

Cologne Carnival Pin Set released

[February 18th 2004] The next few days will be full of celebration in the streets. It's CARINVAL here in Cologne - the biggest event in Cologne. People from all over the world are coming to Cologne for that event and when the big Carnivals Parade starts on Monday more than 1 million people will celebrate in the streets of Cologne - and almost everybody is dressed in a costume. For this Mega-Event Hard Rock Cafe Cologne released a very special Cologne Carnival Pin Set (3 pins in a black velvet box / Limited Edition only 300 made).

The pin set shows the Cologne Carnival Triumvirate that rules the city during Carinival sitting on a yellow guitar.

Cologne Valentine's Day 2004 released

[February 2004] Cologne released its 2004 Valentine's Day Pin. It's a blue and pink pin with a kissing girl and red herats. The Pin is Limited Edition 500 made.

Cologne Dragon Guitar released - and sold out

[January 28th 2004] Cologne released its Dragon Guitar pin today. It's part of the famous Dragon Guitar Series. It's Limited Edtion only 250 made. The pin was sold out in MINUTES over the counter. Happy hunting :-)

Cologne New Year pin released

[December 2003] The New Year pin of HRC Cologne was released today. It's part of the New Year european puzzle set. 500 of these pins were made (Limited Edition pin).

Cologne Christmas Train and guitar pick released

[December 2003] HRC released its pin in the famous Chrstimas Train pin series. It's a limited edition pin with 500 made.

Also the Cologne pin in the guitar pick series was released. It shows the view of the famous cologne old town over the river rhine. 500 of these pins were made too.

Halloween pin released

[November 2003] On Halloween HRC Cologne released its Halloween 2003 pin. It shows a sexy witch in black & purple costume on an orange Flying V guitar (european clone pin / 500 made).

REAL Cologne Logo pin released

Cologne is the english name for our city which in german is KÖLN Today HRC Cologne released a special HRC Logo Pin with the german name of the city - which in my opinion is really great.

Marathon runner pin released

The Cologne marathon run is pretty famous. HRC Cologne released a special pin to commemorate the 2003 event. It shows a blonde marathon runner with '2003' on it. It is a limited Edition pin (500 made).

German HRCs release a nice little german guitar pin series

The HRCs of Germany (Berlin, Cologne and Munich) released a mini-series of three guitar pins. Each guitar pin shows impressions of the city the HRC is located in. The Cologne guitar pin shows the famous cologne cathedral, the famous railway bridge at the cathedral, a typcial cologne beer glass and the city shield. The pins are limited edition pins with 1,000 of each made.

Memorabilia Guitar and Fantasy Guitar Pin released

HRC Cologne has released pins in the Memorabilia Guitar Series. The Memorabilia Guitar is a Eric Clapton gold Gibson Guitar. You see the original guitar in front of you on the wall when you enter the downstairs area of HRC Cologne. Two versions of this pin were released. One with a yellow logo and one with a red logo (250 were made of each).

HRC Cologne Shot Glass Pin released

Cologne has released a pin in the new Shot Glass pin series. It shows 'Baerbelchen' a famous puppet from a local puppet theater in the shot glass. It's a limited Edition pin - only 500 made.

July 4th pin released by HRC Cologne

HRC Cologne has released its July 4th 2003 pin. It's a blonde soldier girl in front of a large US flag (european clone pin / 250 made).

On Friday, April 25th 2003 HRC Cologne opened its merchendise store. They have 5 pins for sale:

On Monday, April 28th the Grand Opening pins went on sale and were sold out within a few hours.

Grand Opening Pin: Brunette Waitress sitting on tram (Limited Edition 500 made)

Grand Opening Set: Band of 5 Nutcracker with "Grand Opening 2002" (Limited Edition 250 made)

The Grand Opening Set originally was made for the supposed opening of HRC Cologne at the end of 2002 - which was postponed. So the GO Set Pins all say 'Grand Opening 2002'. The Grand Opening pin that was sold seperatly and says '2003'.

Also the Opening Staff Pin was given out to the Opening Staff members on April 28th.

A Christmas pin 2002 had already been made for HRC Cologne due to the opening originally set to the end of 2002. The pin was now sold in April 2003 after the opening of HRC Cologne:
